Cancelling Subscription & Refund

At any time during your patronage, whether month to month or prepaid long-term plans, you can cancel and get full refund minus the month or months that you have used our service. Your refund will be credited to the card used originally within 48 hours.

The only deduction would be 5% payment processing fee.

Network Device: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges and shipping

We replace items that are defective or damaged during your patronage. We will also refund your purchase price of the network device within 30 days minus the S&H cost. Please send us an email to and send your item to:

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using USPS. To return our device, please mail it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As sometimes items get damaged or lost.
