Instructions

1. Connect the device to your TV with a HDMI cable(included)
2. Use SOURCE or INPUT on your TV remote to show the screen of the device on your TV
3. When you see the device’s screen, go to settings, Network, WIFI put in your password
4. Click on the home button on your remote control(included)
5. Click on the icons at the bottom of your screen

When you first open our app you will need to give our system a minute or two to load up our massive channel lineup.

When its finished you will see a list of channels on the left side of your screen.

Please pay attention to the top left side of the screen, you will always see the category you are in. For example if it says NETWORKS   you will have a big list of all major networks, such as  NBC,CBS,ABC…etc

If it says news, you will have a big selection of the best news network in the world such as CNN, CNBC, BBC…

Customize/Personal TV LIST

You can create your own unique one of a kind TV list. This is where you want to start watching TV ever day, YOUR LIST OF FAVORITES.

How to create your own list:

 Just click the OK button on your remote or the menu button to open a small window.

On the top it shows main menu and few other options including add to favorites or remove from favorites.   It also has SHOW ALL and SHOW FAVORITES.

This is where you go into your list or get out to the main pool of 2000+ channels to find more favorites and add to your list.

There is a 24/7 section. Here you can watch your favorite shows, sports, music and so much more around the clock. You may want to add a few of these to your favorite list.

Few important tips

 ** if you ever have an issue with the box turn it off and on.

From time to time you may have to unplug it and plug right back in. Most issues will be taken care of.

However, if the issue persists contact us for assistance and possible replacement of your device.

** To toggle back and forth between two channels use the left arrow on your remote when watching a channel.

** You can use the right arrow on your remote to get a little info on the channel you are watching.

** Remember you have over 40 PPV (pay par view) channels, 35+ premium channels and 30+ new premium channels, total of 100+ 24/7 movie channels on top of everything else.

** In the networks section you may find local channels for your area such as NBC LA or CBS New York…etc You can add these to your favorite list as well.

** Don’t expect every channel to work, all the time. If you see a red circle at the bottom right side, that indicates the channel is not available at that time or not at all. However, at any given time you will have 1200-1800 channels available, far more than Cable and Satellite companies combined.

** Anytime you turn the box on you can expedite the loading of channels short process by pressing the menu button, and pressing the main menu when the box opens, then click on the two arrows icon (second icon from the right) top of the screen. It will load quickly.

** Anytime your box is not responding just unplug and plug the power right back in.

** Watch from anywhere – Global TV

“Can I change and replace my active device?”

Yes, you can change and remove the device.

Device Codes: Unused Device Link Codes will expire after a period for security reasons. To get an updated code login to the store, go to My Account, and select Renew , and the expired device code will be reactivated. Device code expiration is not related to when your subscription expires.

To unlink/remove device you will need to contact us via live chat/email/call. We will remove it from our system.
